Library and Prophet’s Room

The Library of Hotel KAM Malenovice is situated on the third floor where there is a beautiful view of the valley and the mountaintops across the valley. It is a place for study, reading, and rest. A wide selection of Czech and English Christian literature is available for our guests. You can also borrow some of the books during the time of your stay. More information can be provided at the reception desk.

Christian Youth Academy offers Christian leaders an opportunity to spend some time at Hotelu KAM Malenovice in order to seek emotional, spiritual and physical recreation. This offer is valid for pastors and church leaders who care to set aside some time for God, for studying and spiritual enrichment. For this purpose there is a special "prophet's room", where the guest does not pay for his accommodation, only for the meals. We were inspired by the story of Shunammite, who prepared a resting room for Elisha (2Kings 4:9). The room is equipped in the same way, only instead of a candlestick we have a lamp.

(2 Kings 4:9-11) She said to her husband, "I know that this man who often comes our way is a holy man of God. Let's make a small room on the roof and put in it a bed and a table, a chair and a lamp for him. Then he can stay there whenever he comes to us." One day when Elisha came, he went up to his room and lay down there.
